Tradicionalna havajska ceremonija OPRAŠTANJA (FORGIVNESS).

Svatko kaže da je opraštanje plemenita ideja, dok nemaju nešto za oprostiti!

Molimo za ljepši svijet. Uz par čarobnih riječi:

“Oprosti mi.

Molim te.

Oslobodi me.

Hvala ti.

Volim te.”

“Volim te” dolazi na kraju, da bi se preobrazila upravo oslobođena energija.

Izbor je naš. Živjeti po starim obrascima i sjećanjima ili po inspiraciji. Oslobođeni. U sadašnjem trenutku.

Ho’oponopono

There’s two ways to live:

Old repeating Memories or Inspiration

When “I” perceive anything as a problem,

in “I” or other,

inside or out,

I clean-clear it by saying:

“I’m Sorry.

Forgive Me.

Please Set Me Free.

 Thank You. I Love You.”

Over and over until my feeling

about whatever is up changes.

The I Love You comes at the end as a way of transmuting the energy that has just freed up.

This petitions Divinity-God-Universe-Creator

to neutralize the memory, then to remove it.

That leaves clear space: the void,

& that is when Inspiration can come in!

There is now room for it.

I Choose to Live by Inspiration,

So I CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN…

I Live in the Flow.

I Accept Sublime Health, Wealth, and Abundance.

I AM Peace.
